Now you can use this pretty looking and custom made icon theme on your Linux desktop environment by installing Elementary OS Style Icon Theme. It supports elementary OS Freya or Loki and Ubuntu Unity.

Install Elementary OS Style Icon Theme

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:elementary-add-team/icons
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install elementary-add-icon-theme
